Manchester Fashion Show

As far as the fashion world is concerned, London Fashion Week is the event on the social calender, as much as I enjoy the buzz of London, being a Northern Lass (more specifically Yorkshire lass) I've always felt Northern Fashion was overlooked and has always needed to be celebrated. The North has such a unique and eclectic style that has for the last 3 years finally been recognised, with the Spring Fashion Show in Manchester. Founded by Victoria Rosso in 2009, a talented designer herself, had previously organised numerous other events and catwalks, but decided to put together an event that showcased the best of Northern Designers.
This year is set to be the biggest show yet with confirmed designers such as:

The Event takes place on 8th February at Manchester's Pitcher and Piano Bar, located on Deansgate Locks, if you can attend tickets are only £9 and all profits go to Oxfam. The show starts at 8pm, but don't be fashionably late as doors are open from 6:30pm for drinks, socialising as well as an array of amazing crafts, cakes and other goodies available to be bought from various stalls. Its set to be an amazing night of fashion, fun and talent, all for a good cause! So don't miss it, I'll be there to get all the gossip, news and photos, if you can't so you won't miss out.
