Elie Saab Couture
As frequent viewers of my blog will know I'm a lover of all things, pastel, fairytale inspired and covered in sparkles so I fell in love with the latest Elie Saab Couture collection, the beautiful catwalk designs were showcased in Paris Fashion Week.
Saab said his main inspiration was fairytales (a man after my own heart)
"In this collection I thought about a very modern princess, I though of the fairytales which all girls dream of in order to come up with this collection which I hope you'll like. Concerning colours, I thought of very soft colours but ones that still retained the dazzle I wanted to achieve in this collection."
Simply Stunning!

Lust of the Week
After last weeks positive response I've decided to go ahead with the weekly feature of, Lust of the week. So without any further ado here's what I'm lusting over this week...
Bambi and Manson Shorts
My wardrobe has been lacking a good pair of shorts for a while, throw them on with tights in the winter and rock them bare leg in the summer, now Bambi and Manson shorts arent just any shorts. They are individual and unique as the wearer, with each pair being stand out designs, but they also offer a custom made service. You tell them what you want, colour, size and detail and they'll make you exactly what they want. Amazing! My next pay cheque will be sent on my very own custom pair, which will be a cross between the Beach Bum design and Cru-ci-fix Me, with maybe a few studs thrown in for good measure!
Hurry up Pay Day!

Sack the Stylist
So its that time of year again, The Golden Globes took place last night and of course the its all about who won what, who walked the red carpet with who and of course the all important who wore what?
I love the Golden Globes it kick starts the award season and is a guilty pleasure for a fashion junkie like me. So this post was fully intending to be a Best Dressed post, however I can't help but be disappointed. I spent hours trailing the usual sites to drool over the dresses, and I've got be honest none of the dresses really blew me away.
Even the usual girl crush Mila Kunis failed to inspire me, sure it was a nice dress, but was it a golden globes dress? No. It was nothing special, yet looked a piece of art compared to some of the shocking dresses that made there way down the red carpet.
However my flatmate made me see the silver lining in this, a lot of stylists are waking up to see themselves without a job today, meaning more jobs for the likes of me. So here's a handful of dresses that I wouldn't sack the stylist over, but for everyone else that hasn't made this list, call me.

Kate Beckinsale in Roberto Cavalli
